Signature is one of Shaligram group’s ambitious projects. We designed a 360-degree campaign for them which covered TVC, print media, OOH, digital marketing and SMS direct targeting. We thus decided to launch a three-stage campaign.

While buying a house, there are certain points that the buyer should be aware of. Using these points as the base we launched our campaign “Transparent buying” The campaign aimed at communicating three points, one that “GST is not applicable at ready flats”. Second, “always know the actual carpet area from the builder” and third that “one should always maintain a checklist while buying a house.” We approached veteran actor Darshan Jariwala to be the face for the campaign.
