Creator-led content is only effective when the communication feels effortless. For this ICICI Bank RuPay Credit Card pilot, we explored how AI could deliver authentic presenter-led storytelling while making product features feel natural, engaging and easy to understand.

The pilot introduced the RuPay Credit Card through an engaging, conversational narrative that made its features easy to understand without feeling instructional. Achieving that required careful refinement of performance, dialogue, voice and screen presence, ensuring every interaction felt genuine.

Using an evolving AI production workflow, we iterated across multiple generations to improve realism, consistency and delivery. The result demonstrated how AI can support creator-first storytelling while enabling brands to communicate complex products in a way that feels simple, relatable and human.
