Poshan Vatikas are nutrition gardens established at Anganwadi centres, where fresh fruits and vegetables are grown to improve nutrition and encourage healthy eating among women and children. This film was created to highlight the impact of these community-led initiatives.

The challenge was that the programme had been documented almost entirely through on-ground photographs. Using a hybrid AI filmmaking workflow, we transformed these static references into a cinematic visual narrative while preserving the authenticity of the people, locations, and activities being documented.

The production combined the strengths of multiple AI tools rather than relying on a single model. Grok was used to develop consistent character references and visual direction, while Seedance 2.0 brought those moments to life with realistic motion and cinematic storytelling. This flexible AI video production workflow ensured the best possible outcome at every stage of the project.

The result is an authentic and emotionally engaging film that demonstrates how generative AI filmmaking can transform limited documentation into compelling visual stories.
