For Somersby, we developed a fully AI-driven pre-visualisation system ahead of the brand’s traditional film shoot.

Rather than relying on static storyboards, the concept was translated into realistic animatics that mirrored final production intent. Characters were curated in detail - casting style, wardrobe combinations, expressions, voiceovers and performance tone were explored and refined before cameras rolled.

Environments, lighting moods, and scene compositions were constructed to reflect the final creative direction, allowing the brand team to evaluate pacing, visual chemistry, and narrative clarity in advance. From character styling to spatial design, each element was visualized with photographic credibility.

This approach transformed the storyboard phase into a near-final simulation - enabling creative alignment, reducing production uncertainty, and allowing informed decisions prior to live-action execution.

The result was a production-ready blueprint: creatively aligned and visually tested before the traditional shoot began.
