As AI continues to reshape creative production, we're exploring new ways to prototype, test and refine brand storytelling before full-scale production begins. For ICICI Bank, this creator-led pilot became an opportunity to push cinematic continuity, visual consistency and dynamic transitions through an AI-first production workflow.
The primary challenge was building a believable journey through multiple environments while keeping a single protagonist visually consistent throughout the film. From aerial perspectives and seamless transitions to natural movement and character fidelity, every frame required careful refinement.
Rather than relying on a single generation, we developed the film through iterative AI workflows - constantly improving continuity, composition and motion until the narrative felt cohesive. The result became an exploration of how AI can deliver production-ready visual storytelling while dramatically compressing traditional timelines.
