With just one week from concept to final film, the challenge was to create a rich, culturally recognisable Pujo world without relying on conventional religious imagery. The creative idea came from Kolkata itself - the city's iconic trams and the affection they hold in the city's cultural memory. We reimagined the tram as a festive fashion vehicle, with each carriage dedicated to a different day of Pujo, creating a visual journey through Shashthi, Saptami, Ashtami, Navami and Dashami.

The film demanded precision across world-building, fashion, animation and camera movement, with every look styled from the Tata CLiQ Fashion catalogue. Bengali voiceover, pronunciation and music were equally important in grounding the film in its cultural context.

Conceptualised and produced end-to-end through an AI-first workflow, the film successfully brought together cultural insight, fashion and rapid production to deliver a complex festive narrative within an exceptionally tight timeline.
